The staff at Irmo Smiles is very nice and helpful. One thing that I really like about the work that the staff at Irmo Smiles does is that they always tell you what they're about to do and why they need to do it. The lady who put my braces on was extremely nice and told me what she was going to do every step of the way. I liked knowing ahead of time what was going to happen next. The Irmo Smiles office is very clean and fun. Every month, there is a drawing for a gift card to a place. There is also a "Kids Cave" that has games for kids to play while the are waiting to get called back for their appointment. I highly recommend getting all of your orthodontic stuff done at Irmo Smiles!!

I love Irmo Smiles. They are very nice and they acually care if you are happy or if you are felling discomfort. I like them because they try their best to make you as comfortable as you can be.

Best Place ever everyone there is soo nice. If you do not know where/what to do the workers help you alot! Irmo Smiles always has really good cookies and an awesome game room with a ton of video games. Irmo Smiles always makes Me Smile!!!!

Dr Raman and staff are fantastic. They take the time to explain everything from the smallest part of the process to the details of the costs and are flexible with payment options to align with HSA accounts.
